In 1990, he started to serve in the pulses sector in Mersin. Javid Memiş, who worked as a successful manager in the family company, established his own factory in 2005, leaving the family company. Javid Memiş, who evaluated the past experience on the road to creating a new brand, has made otat pulses a rapidly growing company in pulses sector. Although it is a new brand, Otat is rapidly advancing its daily capacity to 500 tonnes from 350 tonnes with its well-established sector experience.
In addition to domestic sales, Otat Bakliyat exports to approximately 40 countries. Our main goal is to ensure the continuity of customer satisfaction with our quality products and service.

The production is carried out in accordance with Turkish food Codex and TSE standards in its modern facilities certified with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management system and ISO 22000:2005 food Safety management system. These products are prepared in our modern facility, hygienic conditions and packed with automatic packaging machines without touching. Before packaging, the products are calibrated, moisture and firing controls. Each stage of production is carried out by expert technical staff.
